Webcompat issues
- Firefox has an issue with the lack of a native theme for radio/checkbox controls. Look at the list of SeeAlso on issue 1352238. But that said, taking the time to dig a bit further this week. I noticed that the current user agent css might create Web compat issues too.
- Had not done a commit on mozilla-central for a long time, and for the first time, I used
hg push review. This looks wonderful so far. I will write more about it when finished and probably adjust this post.
Webcompat.com development
- A couple of weeks ago, I worked on improving the webhook code for auto-filtering the
type-mediaissues flood we had. This was an interesting with its own set of issues and refactoring. In San Francisco All Hands, after discussing with the media team, we decided to kill the firehose as they had enough data for now. We might reopen it in the future. That said the improvements which were done for thetype-mediawere still useful for the code. So we landed them in a separate pull request. That was a cool journey.
